Quality Living From The Team That Cares
Our aim is to bring hope to the lives of homeless or vulnerable people who have, for many reasons, fallen through the gaps in society and who have nowhere else to turn.
We provide support, housing, direction and solutions for our service users. The work carried out by the Nexus Housing team assists in alleviating the harm and damage caused to individuals through being homeless sleeping rough, addiction, alcohol and substance abuse.
We are focused and committed to providing accommodation for those facing homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, asylum seekers and ex-offenders.
